We take care of the essential checks; surveys, energy rating, engineering, developer and council approvals, and prepare everything needed for a clean, efficient start on site.Your plans are reviewed one last time to ensure they’re accurate and ready to build. Your home starts taking shape. Our construction team manages the entire process, keeps you updated via the customer portal, and ensures quality at every stage. You’ll have opportunities to visit the site at key milestones and see your home come to life with confidence. Before handover, we complete thorough inspections to make sure everything meets our standards. Then we meet you onsite to walk through your finished home together.
